Is it write or right?

I've always thought that women are beautiful, who they are and what they are. Some have amazing personalities and not every girl is perfect and shouldn't have to think she has to be. I often times don't understand why we all want to change as much as we do.

I tend to get very upset when I hear that they want a guy who looks a certain way or how they look but if a guy cares about you and thinks you're beautiful for who you are shouldn't he get an opportunity to show you how he cares about you? I don't think its a good thing that these guys at clubs who go just for one thing, hurt you and you get hurt because that's the kind of guy that he is but when you've got one who just wants you to be treated right and that you deserve to tell your friends that this guy does things for you that make you smile. I think that all girls deserve to be called beautiful, they deserve to feel like a girl and deserve to be woken up in the awesome ways of life whether its next to you in bed or if you're not near me. I think this is how you deserve to be treated, not when you don't know what's going on with a guy who hits on other girls while you're not around or does things that just degrades you. Don't you deserve someone who cares about you like you deserve.

I know its a guy whose upset of how this world works but this is because I'm tired of seeing you girls get hurt by guys who don't deserve a girl like you because you're better than he is and you deserve better than a guy who degrades you and just uses you for sex.

Dreams

What are dreams?

Some say that dreams are passion, love, the sky, a breathe of fresh air, the ocean and things that can feel unattainable. Are these what dreams could be or are they a little bit more in-depth than we can see?

Let us get started as to what dreams can be. Dreams aren’t things or even people. You can’t touch a dream, but can embrace it. A dream is something that many think is unattainable, that we think about but we can never seem to truly grasp. Dreams are so many things; they can be visions of a better tomorrow or even today but they also can be a way of life, or a way of thinking. We all have dreams, as human beings we all dream. Whether they are dreams we have at night or daydreams we have during school or work, they are still dreams. Some dream of being an NFL quarterback and others dream of being President of the United States of America and many more. See without dreams we truly don’t have motivation in life, we don’t have that curiosity of what tomorrow might bring. Many think that childhood is the place where imagination takes place. They say that the human spirit and dreams go together. Your spirit helps you along that path towards your dreams. The world is a place of dreams, that’s what makes it so great. As children we express our imagination either by dreaming of being a superhero or the first women on Mars, as we grow older these dreams can lead us to bigger things. Some believe that the world is a great big blank sheet of paper and each and every one of us has the ability to create our dreams and build them as long as we are not afraid of that blank sheet of paper. To say that you don’t have dreams is something that you have to think about, it is something that you ask yourself. Dreams are the difference between doing and sitting on the sidelines. Dreams are the passion and motivation of our lives; they are often what push us towards the next level. Dreams help our lives flow to new heights and to new hopes.

So where are dreams? Dreams are in your heart, they are in your faith, they are everywhere you look there are dreams awaiting you. Life and dreams flow together because when we get knocked off the horse, sometimes our dreams change but they help us realize so much more. Believe in your dreams; believe that at the end of every dead end street, at every heart break. In everyone’s lives dreams play that essential part in the development of not only our dreams but also who we are. We are all blank sheets of paper when we enter this world, we all see things differently. On the outside we are all different either by gender; race, eyes, hair, body shape, and the list can go on but on the inside is a blank sheet of paper and on every blank sheet of paper each of us leave something on that person.

So what does this have to do with dreams? People and dreams are so much alike because people make dreams. People are nothing without dreams just as dreams are nothing without people. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that they don’t have dreams because you know that they do, they want to be something because deep down we all do, and we all want to be somebody. That’s what dreams are. The thing about dreams is that they can take us anywhere in life, down any road, to any destination but one thing must happen we must believe in our dreams. Dreams are everywhere in the world to a boy in New York City to a girl in Somalia each will take a different path and journey but the destination remains the same and the dream at the end. A dream isn’t all that matters it is just the building block to what is on that blank sheet of paper.

It doesn’t matter where we grow up or what our age is, dreams are inside all of us never change.

What about children who are growing up with cancer? Do they have dreams? I believe and know that they do because who knows that dream that they have could be the only thing that is keeping them happy. Dreams can do that; they can often take our worst days and turn them into our greatest ones. If dreams could be measured with smiles then the world would be a happy place.

So if you are reading this I hope that everyday either your just starting out with a blank sheet of paper or are filling it with your journey towards your dreams I hope that you won’t forget this saying that Walt Disney once said “All dreams are possible if we have the courage to pursue them.”

My Heritage

I'm proud to call myself Irish because I know that my forefathers were from the Republic of Ireland and a set of Englishman. I understand that everyone celebrates St Patrick's Day, it turns everyone into having Irish blood in them for a day but the one's who are Irish, me included don't understand why you have to treat it like you're supposed to get sloppy drunk. We don't drink to drink, we celebrate the day that St Patrick died, we honor our heritage. I listen to real music Irish music, I hate being at a bar that has a DJ. Irish bars don't need a DJ,they need to let the bands play our music, turning the best Irish bar in Detroit into a club makes no sense to me. I understand brings in the money but it doesn't bring in the people who always support the bar and the staff. I always make sure that my friends who work there are being taken care of, I hate seeing the drunks not tip them, disrespect them and show no respect to the Irish heritage and culture. I don't care if you want to be like someone from the Jersey Shore, if fist pumping is important to you. That shows that you have no class. I don't get why you prey on the drunk girls like they are cattle, women should be respected, not just a one night stand, just another notch in your belt. Show some self-respect and respect for the women and everyone around you. Your asshole image just makes other not want to be around you but also how can you say that women want a guy like you?

While talking to a friend

I've been thinking of how our world has collided into war. Our society has become media driven and often we care more about ones looks instead of what they have inside of them, of who they are. I think that if we can follow these few simple life long rules, that we as a society could be that much better. There's something about our society that makes me think of what we've become. When has our society been so driven to what society wants? I know that I want to be in the media field of marketing but even I don't want someone to focus on a product because Justin Bieber told you it would make you like him. There's no point in a society that creates hate among its own people, we ironically are all the same, we all have flesh, blood and a heart. Anything more just makes us unique. If we could live by these simple rules, who knows where we could be or what we all could become.

The rules that I follow:
Be Honest
Be Respectful
Have Integrity
Be Trustworthy
Be Caring
Be a good citizen
Live your DASH
Pay it forward
Tell Stories
but most of all
BELIEVE

These simple rules which are in each and every human on the face of the planet could be utilized and we could live in a utopia of a world but the problem is that we all don't utilize these parts of who we are. I know that this is who I was raised to be and what has made who I am today. I just wish that these qualities could be seen in all humans.
